Brad, with 30 years of auction experience, started his journey in an unexpected place – the mobile home moving business.
As he acquired mobile homes, he found himself with a treasure trove of left-behind belongings. This led to the creation of The Thrift Shop Turtle Lake, a second-hand store designed to give these items a new life. Enter Mari, a retail veteran with 35 years of experience and an additional 15 years specializing in online marketplaces like eBay, Etsy, and Amazon. Mari took charge of store operations, transforming The Thrift Shop Turtle Lake into a thriving second-hand and consignment shop. Even with the store, they struggled to keep up with the influx of donations and consignment items. That’s when Brad’s auction expertise came into play, and BPC Auctions was born.
