By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

 

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you confirm that you can legally enter into binding contracts.

 

2. To participate in auctions, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities under your account.

 

3. All bids are binding. If you win an auction, you are obligated to complete the purchase. Payment must be made before item pickup.

 

4. We charge a commission for each item sold. Additional fees, such as taxes, and credit card fees, may also apply.

 

5. If you access our site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

 

BUYER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

All items are sold “as is, where is” with no warranty. Sales are final. BPC Auctions makes no claims or warranties regarding value or suitability for any purpose. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding.

 

Bidding will extend by 3 minutes per lot if there is activity in the last 3 minutes.

 

Bids cannot be retracted once placed. Accepted bids create a legally binding contract.

 

Tampering with auction items is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

 

Buyers must secure BPC Auctions against any third-party claims due to agreement breach or improper service use.

 

Wisconsin state law governs these terms. Disputes are to be resolved in Barron County, Wisconsin.

 

Payment Terms

 

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover

• Sales tax: 5.5% where applicable

• Buyer’s fee: 13% (not to exceed $750 per item)

• Card Transaction Premium: 4%

• Items must be paid for by 5:00 PM on the first Thursday following the auction close (unless other arrangements have been made). Non-payment may result in legal action and additional penalties.

• Failure to pay may result in item resale, compensation for loss, interest charges, and storage fees.

 

Storage fees ($20/day) begin 5 days after purchase. Items are considered abandoned after 15 days.

 

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
